We highly encourage runners(well everyone that is!) to participate in yoga. Yoga compliments running as a way to actively stretch, prevent injury, stay flexible, pliable, and just feel great about life.

If there were a mathematical equation to happiness in life, running and yoga would surely be part of that equation.
